Project objectives
To dismantle the ruins of the Santeklė mill dam, which stood at the confluence of the Salantas and Note rivers.
Project results
A 6 km stretch of the Salantas River and a 10 km stretch of the Note River have been opened for fish migration. A 35 - 40 m stretch of the river near the dismantled mill dam has been renaturalized.
